Students and teachers at Lakewood High School came together for a good cause on Friday.
Fourteen students and seven teachers participated in St. Baldrick's "Brave the Shave" event. Organizers aimed to raise $10,000 for the foundation that provides millions to pediatric cancer research grants.
After the event was all said and done, organizers ended up raising a total of $19,000.
