EUCLID, Ohio — Something unexpected caused a traffic jam in Euclid on Wednesday afternoon. A 25-pound turtle was taking its time crossing the road.
In a Facebook post, the Euclid Police Department said the turtle caused delays at East 228th Street and Lakeshore Boulevard.
Rather than being issued a citation for impeding traffic, he was given a warning before being relocated to Sims Park by Officer Fred Stoldt.
