Westlake police are searching for a suspect who opened a fake cell phone account in another woman's name.
A Westlake woman received a bill for $639 in the mail on Jan. 30. Four cell phones were obtained through a fake Verizon account opened in her name.
Police said the cell phones were picked up from a FedEx store in Middleburgh Heights on Dec. 18, 2015 by the suspect, who was wearing an orange baseball cap and a burgundy sweatshirt. Police are unsure if the suspect is a man or a woman.
