The city police department is asking for help in identifying the people in the video below.
Police are searching for the individuals in regards to an aggravated arson that took place in the 1800 block of Garden Avenue.
Officials said a reward of up to $5,000 was being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the suspects.
