NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — North Ridgeville police are reaching out for the public’s help in identifying two people who are accused of opening several credit card accounts in someone else’s name and racking up thousands of dollars at area stores.

In a Facebook post, North Ridgeville police are asking the people involved in the alleged theft to turn themselves in before their mothers see this, because after all, mothers are on Facebook, too.

Police said the duo racked up $4,000 in stolen merchandise from stores like Walmart, Target and Best Buy. They are also accused of being involved in other thefts in Avon and Strongsville.
