HINCKLEY, Ohio — UPDATE: The road has reopened.
State Route 303 in Hinckley is closed between River and State roads due to impassable conditions.
Police said road conditions throughout the city are terrible, and they recommend staying off the roads if possible.
Counties throughout Northeast Ohio have started issuing snow emergency levels due to the snow.
