KENT, Ohio — The Kent Police Department and Kent Fire Department came together to celebrate a boy’s birthday Wednesday.
Noah turned nine on Wednesday and was surprised by first responders with a drive-by birthday parade.
First responders surprised Noah with a goody bag and let him check out one of the police cruisers.
Noah was all smiles during the parade, getting to be celebrated by some of the city’s heroes.
