RAVENNA, Ohio — A 19-year-old Ravenna man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly contacted a 13-year-old girl on social media, then engaged in sexual activity with her in a vehicle and at his home.

Timothy Dillon was charged with kidnapping/engage in sexual activity by Ravenna police, according to a police report.

The report states Dillon met the girl in a vehicle in the city and engaged in sexual activity inside the vehicle. He then took the girl to his Ravenna Township home where it was alleged more sexual activity took place by force.

"He restrained her there, would not let her leave and had sexual contact," said Captain David Rarrick. "Again, part of the investigation, the laboratory results, will show us exactly what happened."

Dillon later took the girl back to the city.

Dillon was arrested and charged by police.

Rarrick characterized Dillon as "a predator" who targeted an impressionable teen.

Rarrick said several phones and computers will be searched and detectives believe there could be more victims based on an interview with Dillon following his arrest.

"We were led to believe by the suspect that there's more victims," Rarrick said. "There may have been some names mentioned during the interview and quantity. Once again, that's something I can't release."
