MANSFIELD, Ohio — Mansfield police are investigating a shooting at a bar.
Police said the shooting happened around 1:15 a.m. at The Patio.
When officials arrived, they found a 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head.
The man was transported to Ohio Health Mansfield in unknown condition.
Police have not identified a suspect.
