A woman was found dead in a car submerged in a pond in Richland County Sunday morning.
The Richland County Sheriff's Office received a call around 8:15 a.m. from 7694 Plymouth Springmill Road advising of the vehicle submerged in water.
When deputies arrived, they found the vehicle.
Dive team members helped remove it from the water. A woman was found dead inside.
The sheriff's office is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call 419-774-5610.
