CANTON, Ohio — Canton police are investigating after the body of a missing man was found in Nimishillen Creek Wednesday afternoon.
The man has been identified as 40-year-old George Hudak. According to a Canton police report, Hudak was reported missing March 11 after not having been seen since January.
A passerby discovered Hudak’s body in the creek near the 3500 block of Central Avenue Southeast.
The Canton Police Department Detective Bureau is investigating the case.
Anyone who has information about Hudak is asked to call police at 330-489-3144. Tips can be anonymous.
