Authorities from the Perry Township Police Department in Stark County are investigating the death of a 13-year-old boy.
Police were called to the 4800 block of Glenhurst Street Northeast on Thursday to assist the Perry Township Fire Department, according to police.
Officers arrived on scene and the Perry Township boy was transported to a local hospital for treatment, police said.
Officers and officials from the fire department started investigating the death of the teen.
The investigation is ongoing. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
