ALLIANCE, Ohio — An Alliance couple was arrested Thursday after their two children were found living in "deplorable" conditions, according to New 5's media partner The Review.
Brandy Cox, 37, and Jesse Rhodes, 37, were charged with endangering children.
Officers found the home cluttered with feces on the floor throughout the home, according to the police report.
Two teenagers shared a room missing large patches of wallpaper and one of the beds was a thin, dirty mattress.
