The Summit County Medical Examiner's Officer along with the help from the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department are investigating the death of an 87-year-old man.
Rudolf Hinderegger was found lying partially submerged in a pond behind his condo.
Emergency crews responded to the scene.
Hinderegger was pronounced dead at the scene at around 7:15 p.m.
