Jobe pled guilty to one charge of endangering children.

According to police, emergency crews responded to Jobe’s Second Street home on Aug. 19, 2015 after receiving a 911 call regarding an 8-month-old who was having trouble breathing.

Officials said the 8-month-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

During an interview with police, Jobe, who was the live-in boyfriend of the infant’s mother and was home alone at the time of the incident, admitted to shaking the child.
