According to officials, 30-year-old Justin Snyder, was arrested for soliciting and receiving nude photos of pre-teen girls in exchange for the promise of money in July of 2015.
Authorities said Snyder posed as a photographer and talent scout online, and created fake social media accounts to advertise his modeling agency.

On Nov. 6, 2015, Snyder pled guilty to the following charges:
- Two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance (fifth-degree felonies)
- Two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a juvenile (second-degree felonies)
Summit County Common Pleas Court Judge Alison McCarty designated Snyder as a Tier II sex offender, meaning once he’s released from prison, he must register with the sheriff as a sex offender every six months for 25 years.
“Mr. Snyder preyed on young girls to satisfy his own perverted thoughts,” Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh said in a statement. “Using social media, he promised money to get nude pictures of pre-teen girls. This is a good reminder for parents to check their child’s cell phone and social media accounts for predators like Mr. Snyder.”
