AKRON — A wrestling coach from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School who turned himself in to police after he was charged for having a sexual relationship with a student was indicted Monday.
Justin “Harry” Lester, 35, has been charged with three counts of sexual battery and three counts of failure to comply with underage alcohol laws, Summit County Court of Common Pleas records state.
According to Akron police, Lester, of Uniontown, was involved with a student between April 1, 2018 and April 1, 2019. The student was 18 years old when the relationship allegedly began and later turned 19 as it continued.
A court date has not been set.
