PARMA, Ohio — The city of Parma brought in the New Year with its first-ever pierogi drop Wednesday night.

It took place at the local restaurant, Sloppy Bobs, where many gathered for the 2026 countdown.

Not only did people celebrate the New Year, but they also celebrated the city's bicentennial year.
