CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have responded to a crash that occurred outside a barbershop on the city’s West Side on Monday morning.
The crash involved a truck at the corner of Lorain Avenue and West 45th Street. The truck veered off the road and onto the sidewalk, where it came to a stop inside of scaffolding.
