CLEVELAND — A work van crashed into the side of a building on the city's East Side Monday afternoon.
It happened in the 11600 block of Kinsman Road.

According to Cleveland EMS, paramedics responded to the scene, but no one required transport to the hospital.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
