WATCH: Bedrock Partners and City of Cleveland announce development plans along riverfront

CLEVELAND — Bedrock Partners and the City of Cleveland held a virtual news conference to discuss “major development news” Downtown Cleveland's riverfront.

Attendees included Mayor Frank Jackson and Bedrock CEO Kofi Bonner and other civic and business leaders, according to a news release.

Bedrock Partners, which owns and operates Tower City Center, announced plans over the summer to turn Tower City into a hub for shopping, dining and entertainment.
