Pennsylvania woman turning 100 years old asks for birthday cards

IRWIN, Pa. — A Pennsylvania McDonald's employee who is turning 100 years old is asking for birthday cards to celebrate her centennial.

According to WTAE Action News 4, Ruthie Shuster has worked for McDonald's in Irwin, Pa., for the past 25 years and still brings smiles to every customer's face. She still works three days a week greeting customers.

Now, people from all over are sending cards to her workplace. And McDonald's has a special mailbox set up just for the occasion.

If you're interested in sending Shuster a card, you can mail it to 9061 Lincoln Highway, North Huntingdon, PA 15642.
