A statewide Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a Montgomery County man who was last seen on July 5.
The man, 77, was last seen in a 2015 red Nissan Sentra on Voyager Boulevard in Trotwood.
He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 214 pounds.
He has gray hair and blue eyes. He is diabetic and may not have medicine with him, authorities said.
