UPDATE: A Statewide Amber Alert has been canceled for missing a 3-year-old girl from Rocky River who was found safe.
She was last seen before 2 a.m. Monday on Riverwood Avenue in Rocky River.
She is 3 feet tall and weighs 32 pounds.
Rocky River Police said the suspect was the girl's mom.
They were found in Strongsville.
