CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 13-year-old girl.
Rashyah Smith was last seen at her home in the 3400 block of East 116th Street, where she reportedly ran away while her mother was at work.
Anyone with information on her location is asked to call police at 216-621-1234.
