CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 2-year-old girl who may be with her father.
According to the police, Julie Glover was last seen with David Kohut at his home located in the 4000 block of East 79th Street on Jan. 26.
He was supposed to return her to her grandmother but never did.
Anyone with information on her location is asked to call police at 216-621-1234.
