CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are looking for a missing and endangered woman.
Shawnetta Small, 38, was last seen on Harvard Avenue in March of 2018. Her family reported her missing Thursday, according to police.
Small’s family told police she suffers from bipolar disorder.
Police describe Small as standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. She was last seen wearing a leopard print top, leopard print skirt and silver hoop earrings, police said.
