OLMSTED FALLS, Ohio — UPDATE: The man has been found.
Olmsted Falls police are asking for the public's help finding a missing man who has multiple medical conditions.
The 75-year-old was last seen leaving his home around 2:30 p.m.
He is 6-feet tall and weighs 205 pounds. He has gray hair and green eyes.
He has dementia, Alzheimer's and high blood pressure.
He was last seen wearing jeans, a beige jacket with a leather collar and a black and brown camouflage Trump hat. He has a tattoo on his left forearm with "13 1/2" printed on it.
Authorities said he told a neighbor he wanted to go to Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
Anyone with any information on his location is asked to call 911.
