Leon Bibb recalls his time in the Vietnam War at City of Parma Heights Memorial Day observance event

Leon Bibb delivers a keynote address at the 150th Anniversary of Memorial Day observance at Parma-South Presbyterian Church. Leon delivered his address primarily on something he has written for Veterans and for those now serving in the U.S. military. Bibb will also tell the story he calls "57." It is about a man with whom Leon served in the Vietnam War who was killed in battle. Bibb has continued to communicate with his family after they found Leon via the virtual Vietnam Memorial Wall.
