Monday the Cleveland Indians announced that they acquired Brandon Guyer of the Tampa Bay Rays.
In order to get Guyer, the Indians traded Outfielder, Nathan Lukes and Pitcher, Jhonleider Salinas.
Infielder Juan Uribe has been designated for assignment to allow room on the 25-man and 40-man rosters.
