In an AFC North contest Thursday night the Ravens are home to winless Cleveland.
Baltimore comes in tied for first in the division with Pittsburgh at 4-4 while the Browns are 0-9.
Baltimore, which of course formerly played in Cleveland, has dominated the series 26-9. This is their second and final meeting of the season with the Ravens having won the first game 25-20 after trailing 20-0.
The 0-9 start for the Browns equals the worst start in franchise history and they have lost 12 straight overall, going back to last season.
In its last 30 games the franchise has won just three times.
