D.J. Arslanian of Strongsville High has been swimming since he was 10 years old. He has been a state qualifier his sophomore and junior year and placing sixth in the 100 fly at states last season. But D.J. work is not done.
"He wants to be one of the top swimmers in the state he was on the podium last year at states placing sixth. And this year he wants to improve on that he wants to be one of the people on top of the podium," said head swim coach Tom Stacy.
D.J. hard work in high school in the classroom and in the pool will be rewarding for him.
"I will be swimming at Cleveland State and studying engineering," said D.J.
