Roads across Northeast Ohio have been closed due to flooding during a Flash Flood Warning issued by the National Weather Service.
Bainbridge Road in North Ridgeville has been closed between Root Road and state Route 83, as well as Nagle Road, with more roads expected to close due to flooding, according to North Ridgeville police.
State Route 58 between Butternut Ridge Road and State Route 511 has been closed in Oberlin, according to the Oberlin Police Department.
The Vermilion Police Department warned residents to avoid travel if possible, especially in flood-prone areas. Crews are addressing the extreme flooding, police said.
In Cleveland, West 130th Street at Milligan avenue has been closed and the road between Gilmore Avenue and Interstate 480 has flooded. Fulton Road and Biddulph Avenue has also been closed due to heavy flooding, according to Cleveland police.
Macedonia police warned residents to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary as numerous roads have been closed due to flooding.
Brookpark Road in Brook Park has been closed in multiple spots due to flooding and high water at West 150th Street.
