...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following
counties, Ashland and Richland.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1004 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated high water levels
continue along the Black Fork of the Mohican River into
Charles Mill Lake. Flooding is already occurring in the
warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain fell this past
Friday through the weekend, resulting in the high waters.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected. The pool level on Charles Mill Lake continues to
rise after multiple rounds of rain since Friday evening.
Flooding around Charles Mill Lake and upstream on the Black
Fork of the Mohican River will continue, resulting in several
road closures.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
