Rain and Storm Chances through Monday
More rain with a few storms will continue this evening. A stronger storm or two are possible, with heavy rain, gusty winds, and small hail as the biggest concerns. Storm chances will begin to lessen as we get closer to midnight. Some showers will linger after midnight, along with cooler temperatures. Lows will drop into the mid to upper 50s, but a few areas might see lower 50s by early Monday morning.
Power of 5 Spotlight: Snow Belt
Winds will be gusty at times, with some gusts between 20 and 30 mph for parts of the Snowbelt region, along with the best shot of seeing rain and a storm or two. Isolated rain chances will linger tonight and into the day on Monday, along with well below average temperatures.
Looking ahead: Drier and cooler
Below-average temperatures will linger into the work week. Highs on Monday could be in the upper 60s for some locations! It will be mostly dry and cool through the middle of the week. The taste of fall does not last long... we will be back into the upper 70s and low 80s by the middle of the week, along with more chances of storms. Especially by Thursday and Friday
