The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for Trumbull County.
The warning is from 3 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday.
According to the NWS, water is rising at Eagle Creek in Phalanx Station. As of 2 p.m., the water was at 9.3 feet. The flood stage for that area is 9.5 feet. Water is expected to rise to 9.8 feet.
When the water hits 9.5 feet, Barclay Messerly Road will flood. Knowlton Road could see some flooding as well.
Water is expected to rise above flood stage by later afternoon. The water will then fall below flood stage later Saturday evening, according to NWS.
