CLEVELAND — Get ready for a wet, windy and cold Thursday as a strong area of low pressure and cold front build into the area. Rain begins Wednesday night and picks up through Thursday morning.

Heavy downpours are possible and could create some minor flooding issues in low areas. Rain totals could approach an inch in spots, with higher amounts in heavy downpours.

It's going to be a soggy day with rain most of the day before breaking up through the evening. Lingering shower activity looks to turn to a mix with some ice possible due to temperatures dropping further in the evening. Highs will stay in the mid-30s to low 40s through the day, but with the wind, it will feel colder.

Sleet and wet snow will likely mix in later Thursday afternoon and into the evening.
