AKRON, Ohio — Akron based ARevolT Collective has created a citywide passport campaign using murals at 32 locally owned businesses to encourage residents to shop with them in each of the city's 10 wards.

The group is hoping this program will help local businesses that are struggling to survive due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To participate in the passport program, residents have to visit at least 25 businesses on the passport and get stamped.

The first 100 people to get 25 stamps on their Unify Akron passport will win a $50 gift certificate to a participating business of their choice. You have to email your completed passport to arevolt64@gmail.com.

Masks are required at all businesses.

You can pick up a passport at a local business or download it by clicking here.

The program kicks off on Oct. 31.
