CLEVELAND — Summers on the Cuyahoga River just got more fun. Coming to the city in June 2020, Clevelanders can board a two-hour cruise on a floating tiki barge.

Owner Brittany Orlando said the new offering reflects the changing landscape of the city. "Being a Cleveland native and seeing the growth and expansion in the area, and especially along the water over the years, (I) just knew it would be a perfect fit. I thought it would be cool to provide Cleveland with its own little slice of paradise right on our river and provide everyone without a boat a chance to see our skyline and hustle in a whole new perspective," Orlando said.

The tropical tiki barge will be available for public and private gatherings, accommodating up to 20 people. The cruise is available for birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties and corporate events.

Guests are allowed to BYOB, and yes, there is a bathroom on board.

Orlando said the tiki cruise plans to have ticket information up and running in the next week or two, because of the great response it has received since announcing on Facebook it was coming to Cleveland.
