For locals who enjoy giving back, Cleveland Undie Run will be hosting a charity run to help find a cure to neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that affects 1 in every 3,000 births, according to the Children's Tumor Foundation. Participants will run in their underwear because those diagnosed with the disease cannot cover up their tumors to feel comfortable.
