The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reviewing a new sexual assault claim against actor Kevin Spacey.

The case presented to the D.A.'s office Tuesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter, is the second sexual assault case against the actor.

Details of the new case were not immediately provided by the district attorney.

The initial case was brought to the D.A. on April 5 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, though it's unclear which law enforcement agency brought the newest case forward.

"Star Trek: Discovery" star Anthony Rapp was the first individual to issue a claim, saying Spacey made sexual advances on him at his New York apartment in 1986, when Rapp was 14-years-old and Spacey was 26.

Spacey, who was almost immediately fired from Netflix's "House of Cards" and Ridley Scott's "All the Money in the World" over the allegations, is under investigation in the U.S. and Europe over forced sexual encounters.
