MANSFIELD, Ohio — The sounds of Christmas are coming early for some residents in Northeast Ohio. iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield announced the debut of a new Christmas station 107.7 (WXXF), according to a release from iHeartMedia.

The new station will broadcast popular Christmas songs all the time, including fan favorites such as “Holly Jolly Christmas” and “All I Want for Christmas.”

The station will play Christmas songs starting immediately, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through Dec. 25.

“It’s beginning to look at lot like Christmas in Ohio,” said Keith Hotchkiss, President of iHeartMedia’s North Ohio region. “We are thrilled to bring all Christmas music to Mid-Ohio, and are extremely excited to unveil a brand new station on December 26. We are confident that this new format on 107.7 FM will offer an even more variety of listening in the region and further add to our diverse portfolio of stations in the market.”

Rock listeners can continue to tune into 102.3 The Fox, which will continue playing rock music every day.

Listeners can also hear Christmas music on 107.7 via the free iHeartRadio app.
