Deal: Men's Clothing
Retailers like Dick's Sporting Goods and Bass Pro Shops will offer 30 to 40% off on men's apparel and active wear.
Deal: Power Tools
Popular brands like Craftsman, Black and Decker and Dewalt will knock prices down some 50%. You'll start seeing deals pop up in early June at retailers like Lowe's, Ace Hardware and Home Depot.
Deal: Lingerie
The dates for Victoria's Secret Semi-Annual Sale are still a secret but it happens sometime this month. The sale usually lasts two to four weeks. Discounts range up to 60% off.
Deal: Gym Membership
Things are typically slower in June for gyms, so negotiate the deal you want for a membership. Some people have even scored a free month or had their sign-up fees waived.
Not a deal: Alexa devices
If you can wait, wait until Prime Day this July. If last year is any indication, you can expect great deals on most Echo gadgets.
Not a deal: Laptops
Black Friday is the best time to buy laptops. However, if you can't hold off until then, just wait one more month. You'll see bigger discounts on laptops in July for back-to-school sales.
