Detectives in Toledo have one person in custody after a mass shooting threat made on Monday.
A parent notified Toledo police that his children received a video and picture messages from 19-year-old Christian Costet threatening to "shoot up" Waite High School.
Detectives opened an investigation with the FBI and Toledo Public Schools.
Authorities found Costet at his home on Congress Ave. He was taken into custody by SWAT agents.
Officials say a replica rifle Costet was pictured with was found in an abandoned house on Clark St., about ten minutes away from where he was found.
Costet is charged with inducing panic.
