A 7-year-old girl is among the victims of a drive-by shooting Friday evening in Akron. The girl along with two adult women were shot inside a vehicle near Hamlin Street and Copley Road.
Akron police say the shooter fired from a passing vehicle just before 5 p.m. The women shot are 22 years old and 19 years old. All three victims were taken to the hospital. One of the victims is said to be in serious condition.
Akron police have not released a description of the shooter.
