5 Northeast Ohio bars cited for violating health orders

PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio — Five Northeast Ohio bars were cited for violating Gov. Mike DeWine's health orders.

The Corner Bar in Parma Heights was cited for improper conduct after agents saw 150 guests inside with a live band playing around 7:30 p.m.

According to officials, many people weren't wearing facial coverings and no physical barriers were in place.

Republix Cocktail Longue in Euclid was cited for improper conduct around 9 p.m. after they saw guests congregating close together.

Nearly every seat in the bar was sat and no physical barriers were in place, according to agents.

B Stone Bar and Grill in Euclid was cited for improper conduct around 9:15 p.m.

Agents said a large number of guests were sitting close together and were able to walk around the bar while drinking alcohol.

The bar was previously cited on Oct. 17.

Brooklands Bar in Akron was cited for improper conduct.

According to officials, agents arrived around 10:45 p.m. and found nine people inside drinking alcohol.

Cebar's Euclid Tavern in Euclid was cited for improper conduct.

Agents arrived at 11 p.m. and found a dozen guests drinking alcohol, according to officials.
