OXFORD, Ohio -- Butler County authorities arrested four Miami University students in connection to drug trafficking.

Items seized from Sembay's Swing Hall room

Oxford police and Butler County deputies with the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force served multiple arrest and search warrants last week after a nearly six-month investigation, police announced Monday.

The arrests were related to trafficking of prescription drugs and cocaine, police said.

Brett Balick, 21, of Matthews, North Carolina; Eric Dewinter, 21, of Rye, New York and William Berg, 22, of Columbus were each charged with fifth-degree trafficking in drugs. Roman Sembay, 19, of Strongsville was charged with fourth-degree possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drugs.

Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues, police said.
