CINCINNATI -- A police officer was shot Friday afternoon.
The shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Victory Parkway.
Police drove the officer to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
On Twitter, police said the officer's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Police said a possible suspect was also shot.
Several roads were closed in the area of the shooting and around the UC hospital campus.
