Custom Culinary, Inc. is recalling about 9,444 pounds of chicken and beef base products.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) says the products were misbranded and contained undeclared allergens.
The product is incorrectly labeled as chicken, but may contain beef. The products also have soy, which is not declared on the label.
The chicken and beef soup items were packaged on May 25.
The items subject to recall are:
- 6-lb corrugate case "Molly's Kitchen Soup Base Paste Beef Base Paste"
- 1-lb white plastic jars of "Molly's Kitchen Chicken Base Paste"
