Akron police detectives are looking for suspects in a rash of vehicle arsons in the Kenmore neighborhood.
According to officials, there have been seven in the last two weeks, including three on Wednesday alone.

Jackie Liming said her Jeep Grand Cherokee was burned from the inside while she slept. On Wednesday, she found firecracker wrappers littered outside. A neighbor across the street said she saw two young boys light up the SUV overnight.
The Jeep is a total loss and Liming said she didn't have the money to replace it.
"I use that car every day to go to work, to come home, to take my kid to school," she said. "Doctor’s appointments, everything I have. That’s my life.”
The arsons were reported on the following streets:
- 2301 Romig Road, 1997 Jeep Cherokee, stolen from Springfield Township, 4/15/2017
- 2274 10th Street SW, 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, burned in the driveway, 4/15/2107
- 940 West Wilbeth Road, 2012 Hyundai Genesis, taken from Jason Avenue in Akron, 4/15/2017
- 240 Diamond Drive, 1998 Jeep Cherokee, stolen from Barberton, 4/18/2017
- 1409 Swinehart Avenue, 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, burned in the driveway, 4/26/2017
- 1389 Fawler Avenue, 2005 Chevy Uplander, burned in the driveway, 4/26/2017
- Leeser Avenue/Samuel Avenue, unknown pickup truck, unknown if it is stolen, 4/26/2017
